1) Contact us at (325) 725-4500 or email us at neverlandthemebeds@yahoo.com with your theme bed choice or new design idea.
2) Once we we are both on the same page with design, a 50% non refundable deposit will be required to begin construction of your purchase. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion.
PAYMENT OPTIONS – We accept Paypal which accepts all forms of credit cards or payment by mail to our office which saves you $75 on your order. Why? Paypal takes out this in fees to use their service, so we pass those savings on to the customers whom decide to pay through the shop.
PAYMENT TERMS – To place an order we require a 50% deposit of the total price. The balance of the order will then be due upon completion. Upon completion, we will email you a picture of your custom bed for approval. If all is approved, we will invoice you for the final amount and contcat you for shipping options. Payment is due within 5 days of finishing your project. This gets the shop ready for the next build slot. After 7 days, we will charge you a $75 per month storage fee as we will need to have it cleared out for the next order. Every month thereafter is a $75 monthly storage fee. After 1 month and no storage payment or communictaion, we reserve the right to cancel your order and 50% downpayment is non-refundable. Prior to ordering we will send you a shop contract which shows the detail of this transaction, signed by both parties to cover both parties involved.
SHIPPING – You have the following options:
1. LOCAL PICK-UP ………..FREE
2. FREIGHT……Based on location and choice of bed design. For an estimate, we will need your postal code. Freight is set-up by customer.
This ensures you get all the options you like. We will let you know who we recommend. All items are crated professionally with padding and all neccesary materials. Packing fee is $200 per bed. This covers packing materials as well as crate and pallet materiels and labor. You are of course more than welcome to research rates and find what works best for you.
3. WHITE GLOVE SERVICE…..This entails delivery and assembly anywhere in the continental United States. Price depends on location. Service within 200 miles of Abilene, TX is $350.
DELIVERY TIME FRAME – Prior to ordering we will let you know what orders are ahead of you and where your build slot will be with an estimated finish date. All finish dates are approximate due to the nature of this business with so many new designs and options. Beds that are unpainted can be finished sooner than those which are painted..
ROOM SIZING – This is a very important aspect of the ordering process. If you are unsure the bed will fit, the best option is to draw up a sketch of the room with measurements of the area to include location of doors, closets and windows. We will also need to know your ceiling height as we make the height custom based on this measurement. In almost every case, we can make one of custom beds work for your little ones room.
RETURNS – Due to the fact that we send you detailed pictures of the bed before final payment, there are no returns. Damaged freight – We will pack and build the crate in a professional manner. In the unlikely event your item is damaged, a claim will need to be filed. We encourage that you add insurance when you set up freight. We are not responsible for damaged items. However, in the unlikely event something is damaged, we will help you support your claim with detailed packing photos and more.
CUSTOM DESIGN – Have an idea you would like to see come to life? We can do it. Run your idea by us and we will design something for you. $25 non-refundable fee for this option.
